Local (Malaysia) Customers
We offer 2 shipping method for local customers (Malaysia) to ease your needs. Our normal shipping method will be using the Pos Laju Malaysia shipping option ( 1 - 3 working days ) to get to your place. Orders will be shipped either on the same day or the next business day after we have received your payment receipt proof to our email (Sales@28spin.com) or after payment via Paypal. Please note that there migth be delay due to Public holiday & weekends as we do not shipped during these days. Once shipment has been shipped you will be receiving a tracking code for your order via email or check at your order account.
As for our Collect @ 28DC (Our Physical Store at Sunway Pyramid) You can select this method and enjoy Free Shipping fee. Orders place as Collect @ 28DC will have to wait for our notification when your shipment is ready to be collected via Email or via checking your order status.

International (Worldwide) Customers
We currently shipped Internationally around the globe. We use EMS as our main shipping method for non local customers. Shipping fees differs based on specific countries, and you can check the estimated shipping fees & delivery date via at the CART (once you have add your prefered products) it's on the bottom left of the checkout page.
Shipment will be shipped either the day they are placed or within 1 - 2 working days.
Please note that we do not cover your local country import taxes. There migth be certain delay cased by natural disasters , weather condition, & customs agents which are outside our control, we will try and assist you as much as we can but we would like to asked for your patience if delay do happened.
How to Order ?
1. After you have registered an account with 28spin, make sure you login with your Email Address and Password before making any order.
2. You can choose the products that you wanted to purchase from our webstite. Click either on the picture, the product name or the "ADD TO CART“ button to add your product into the cart.
3. Some items will require to you to choose the color option. You are required to enter the quantity of the product. Once you are done, click ADD TO CART button.
4. Once you have done placing the order, click Checkout. Then you will see your items in the Shopping Cart. Here, you can edit the quantity, move it to wish list or remove unwanted item. Once you have modify your shopping cart, make sure you hit the Update button.
5. If you have any discount code, fill it in and click Apply button.
6. For Malaysia shipping rate, it is Rm10 fixed for all.
7. For international shipping rate, please contact our customer service at email@example.com
8. Next click “CHECKOUT” button for checking out progress.
9. If you wish this bill to be sent to other address, mark on “Ship to different address” and new form will appear for you to enter new billing address. If there is no changes in billing address or after new billing address is entered, click “CONTINUE” to proceed to next step.
10. You are required to fill in the billing information, shipping information, shipping method and payment method. Click continue to proceed to each level. Important: make sure you fill in the correct Shipping address where you wan your order to be send to. You can check the shipping details on the left panel.
11. For shipping method, you can choose either one to suit your preference. Click CONTINUE to proceed.
12. For payment information, you can paypal to us or by cash/cheque bank. If you choose cash/cheque bank in, you will be able to choose which account number to bank in. For more info about check and bank in method, pls check our FAQ. Click CONTINUE to proceed.
13. Lastly, you will see Order Review. If have any changes, you can always click on the tab of those item before click PLACE YOUR ORDER.
14. Once u click place your order, you will receive an email that shows your order is successfully be place.
15. Next you can proceed with payment by bank in or online banking. Please email back and notify us with a copy bank slip/screenshot of online banking as a proof of payment to our email.

Kindly email us a copy of your bank in receipts or online bank in details screenshot & your order no. to firstname.lastname@example.org. A clear image of the receipt has to be presented & emailed to our sales to verified your payment else the order will be cancelled automatically without any prior notice

How to Track My Order
First, login your account with username and password. Next, you will see you are in My Account Dashboard. Look at Recent Orders. When one of your orders status has became “Completed”, click on view order to view more details of that particular order.
When you are in the order page, scroll down to bottom until you find Track your order. Click it and a new window will appear where you can see the tracking code.
Copy the tracking code and paste in the tracking website (depends on country), e.g. poslaju (Malaysian EMS service) at http://184.108.40.206/emstrack/search.asp
What does the status mean?
Once you have filled up all your info and place the order, your order status will be Pending. Pending means we are waiting for you to make the payment and notify us with a proof of payment.
Your payment has been received.
Pack ready to ship
Your order is packed in the box and ready to be handed to post office on the next working day. However, the submission time/day to post office on the next working day is subjective due to unexpected public holiday, natural disaster,etc.
This will only occurred when the customer had a problem while making payment via paypal.
Ready for collection
Your order are ready to be collected at appointed venue.
Your order is on the way to your house. Please allow 1-2 days for them to deliver to your doorstep. You can check the tracking code by login into your account. If you haven't received your order, please call Poslaju at 1-300-300-300 and provide the tracking code to them.
This status carries 2 meanings. The first mean is your order most probably was cancelled due to 3 days term policy. If you did not notify us back with proof of payment within 3 days upon
