28SPIN ships within Malaysia via EasyParcel's network of courier partners, and internationally via DHL Express.
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery within Malaysia typically takes 1-4 business days depending on the destination and courier.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
- Free domestic shipping applies automatically on orders of RM300 or more.
East Malaysia Shipping (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Due to the longer distance and air/sea freight required, delivery to East Malaysia typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and reflects the higher cost of shipping to East Malaysia.
- Free shipping applies automatically on orders of RM300 or more, the same threshold as West Malaysia.
Klang Valley Express Delivery (coming soon)
For customers within Klang Valley, we offer same-day express delivery via Grab Delivery or Lalamove, arranged manually with our team.
- To request express delivery, contact us at sales@28spin.com or place your order and note your request, before 1:00 PM on a business day.
- Orders confirmed before the 1:00 PM cut-off are eligible for same-day delivery, arriving by approximately 8:00 PM the same day.
- Requests made after 1:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed for standard delivery instead.
- The express delivery fee is based on the rider platform's quoted rate for your address at the time of booking, and will be confirmed with you before your order is dispatched.
- Express delivery is subject to rider availability and may occasionally be delayed due to traffic or weather. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL Express. We ship to Singapore and other international destinations; available countries are shown at checkout. DHL Express typically delivers within 3-7 business days depending on destination, once dispatched. This estimate does not include potential delays from customs processing.
Because international shipping cost varies significantly by destination, our free-shipping threshold is tiered by zone:

| Zone 2 — Rest of ASEAN (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, etc.) | Free shipping on orders of RM1,000 or more |
| Zone 3 — Rest of World (East Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, etc.) | Free shipping on orders of RM1,500 or more |
Orders below the applicable threshold will show the exact DHL Express shipping cost at checkout before payment.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping cost or product price. We are unable to predict what these charges may be, as they vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's progress.

While we work to get every order out as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Factors like customs processing, weather, and courier volume can affect delivery times, particularly for international orders.
