This lightweight titanium axle locks tightly in place and keeps your yo-yo in perfect balance.

This titanium axle from Turning Point is designed to shave weight from the very center of your yo-yo for a power boost. Standard axles that thread all the way through are difficult to seat evenly on both sides — and even a small amount of uneven mass at the core can throw off an otherwise perfectly balanced throw. The Center Lock Axle solves this with an unthreaded stopper section in the middle, which prevents over-tightening on either side and keeps everything centered exactly as it should be.

Because of this design, the axle comes in several lengths so you always have enough thread to hold your yo-yo together securely, while also letting you fine-tune core mass — for example, a yo-yo built for an M4x10mm axle can also run the shorter M4x8mm version. Regardless of maker, if your yo-yo takes a compatible size, this axle can upgrade it — this covers most standard models across YoYoFactory, C3yoyodesign, and many others.

Made by Turning Point to a high standard of precision, this axle is machined from Grade 5 titanium — a special alloy that's both stronger and lighter than standard titanium — with a stopper section built in to guarantee full balance benefit from the upgrade.
