The Hades AL is the mono-metal (6061 aluminum) version of the bimetal Hades — bigger, heavier, and built for players who want raw power in hand. Takeshi Matsuura reaches for this one when running his Dual Weight counterweight routines.
At nearly 60mm across and pushing 80 grams, the Hades AL sits well above average yo-yo weight, but the control stays intact through long combos. That extra mass translates directly into spin time and momentum, making it a favorite for heavy string tricks and extended freestyle sequences where most throws would start to fade.
